FYI - that page uses Greensock timelines and scroll triggered animations on the floating elements. @joeworkman has a stack called Drift Pro that uses the exact same library and would allow you to build out that sort of thing including the page scrolling behaviours.
Other than that technical information I agree with @TemplateRepo - the page also killed my slightly ageing MacBook air.
You could definitely build that exact page using my Drift Pro stacks. @Massimo has created a pretty awesome project file that I have seen customers use to build some really eye popping sites. This project does require Foundation 6 and Drift Pro.
Massimo also created another great animation project that only uses Foundation 6 animation swatches.
