Contact Form Auto Respond

Hi, I have a problem with Doobox Contact Form.

I’ve turned on Auto Respond in the settings.
The form sends the email, but the automatic response doesn’t work. I did a lot of tests with many different addresses (also checking for spam) and also entering compatibility mode. Unfortunately it doesn’t send the automatic reply.

Maybe I need to check or change some setting somewhere? A help?

(Previously I was using Siphon from 1LD on the page and enable autoreplay worked perfectly.
To make it easier, since I didn’t need Siphon’s Q&A anymore, I put Contant Form instead.
But I have now this problem).

the problem is @my.com
entering any @gmail works perfectly.
