Well, your description is a bit “ambiguous”. I didn’t say that.
Sure “someone” is able to upload documents with Repository Stack. The thing is, if more than one persons are doing this, all of them will see the other ones CVs. And this will be a security and data protection issue, definitely.
Maybe you need something like a form which is providing an attachment upload?
Or kinda a full fledged user authentication portal?
yes the form with an attachment would be good but I didn’t know of a stack that did that.
Chillidog’s FormsPlus has a file upload facility.
I use MachForm which handles these kinds of needs very well and a lot more. But I don’t think the pricing makes sense if you are using/developing only 1 form for 1 website. But it’s great value if used for many forms on 1 website or across several websites.

FormsPlus or other stack option probably makes more sense in your case from a price perspective and situation, but MachForm is truly wonderful to work with.
Sitelok allows users to upload a file to their account (one per custom field) securely. There is an option for file upload in the form designer. Not sure if this will help with what you are trying to do?
