Gallery 3 "Photostream Web Directory child stack" location

RW 8.9.3 Stacks 4 Gallery 3.12.0 Mac OS 12.2.1

I am unable to find the “Photostream Web Directory child stack” mentioned in the “FTP Folder / Web Directory Integration” section of the Gallery Stack 3 Tutorial. Please advise.
