Now that you ask… actually no one :-)
Tav is always thinking outside the box (or standing on top of one)
Trust the fucking German to post a pic of a hairy pussy.
A German platform that is very fast and super stable, but might not be related to web design. My money is on one of these…
@tav — I’ve been following your progress with this new platform, and all I can say is it’s going to blow the competition out of the water. Personally, I can’t wait.
To be honest, I’d only be interested in it if it’s a good jumping off point / launch pad. Getting tired of being locked into something - regardless of the heights it can take you to.
If this new platform is what was discussed briefly at your weekly Maximal tutorial sessions @Marten it really will seriously underpin what @tav has been focused on of late.
what’s the reason for the cloak and dagger? 🤐
is it secret? if so, what’s the deal with this post? just taunting those of us that like to build things for extensible platforms??? 🤓
out with it man. put up or shut up. 😏
as per above
not me
I wasn’t aware that there was any, my post is quite concise and clear
Not at all, I just didn’t think that advertising the manufacturer was relevant
I will be taking it out after this weekend
ok. i am really confused now. did you mention what you’re working on somewhere that i missed? i’m a very poor reader, apologies.
sarcasm aside, i was just curious what this thread was about. it no one wants to say, that’s cool, I’ll beg off. :-)
This thread is all about confusion, or rather it is a lesson on how we should talk to clients.
What seems like obvious language in one sector or locale is far from that to others.
Those outside the geek world would probably have taken my post at face value, those in the building industry would most certainly taken it at face value.
It does not make us seem more intelligent if we confuse clients with technical terms, quite the opposite, it makes us seem unapproachable and detached. …oh and don’t use Leverage as a verb - it is not and has never been one (soapbox).
So, finally, here is my new platform. It is honestly brilliant but that is not really the point. When I got the sales literature it struck me how it would be misinterpreted.
Are those Abru?
Lidl.
They’re not that small.
Boom boom!
You’re here all week.
And I though your talking about a tree 🌳 house 🏡
You guys are all completely mad!!! But have made me smile throughout this thread (thank you…) - keep it up @tav
