Quizzer is a wonderful tool to interact with visitors. A further option could be to use it as a questionnaire to those with whom one is already interacting.
a) For this purpose it would be helpful to have some data fields to classify the participant like, Student/teacher/ or Country/Region mail/femal …
b) As well pure info fields would be required. (Neither true nor false)

Glad you are enjoying Quizzer.
If / when I get round to pulling together a v2 of Quizzer then it will allow for capturing quiz responses in a database or csv (that’s the #1 request). At that point I would look to add some participant identifiers.
Not quite sure what you are meaning in point b).
