I think the ‘share links’ should go into your template section, not be part of the item itself (your social buttons should appear with every item, hence are part of the form defined in the template)
I tried there too, it doesn’t work.

First of all, your public page is a Poster 1 page.
Secondly, shared links work either in the template or in the item.
There is a setting inside shared links to specify if you want to use them inside the item or in the template.
If you don’t see this setting, make sure you updated to Poster to the latest version 2.3
