I had quite a few crashes in the past. I concluded that it was down to having a lot of programs open and only 8 gbytes of RAM. I’ll definitely get 16 next time.
@peterdanckwerts I have 32 in one machine and it makes no difference - the new M1 Macs run well on 8gb!
@Nick Oh, how odd. I don’t have any problems now. Yes, I’d read that the new M1 Macs work well with 8Gb, but (if I had the money) I’d still go for 16.

Maybe it is stupid :-)
But to the people who have crashes, did you try a clean install of Mac OS?
May the RW crashes come in combination with other software issues?
I know it takes time, but it can solve some problems :-)

Lovely idea Dom, but that is a weeks work + there are 2 totally separate computers with different software builds
