I’m currently finishing up a site for a Home Owner’s Association (HOA) in the United States. The HOA is in the process of being turned over from the original builder to the new HOA board. Up until now (and through the end of spring), the HOA has used a management company to collect dues, enforce rules, etc., Once the contract runs out, they will be looking to collect dues themselves. With that in mind, if anyone has experience with such systems, good or bad, I’d appreciate hearing about it. A quick Google search brings back a TON of companies that all proclaim to be the best.
