Anyone knows how to make this work on Foundation 1?

I’m trying to create a form that can be submitted when user click on the button. I did this before and I don’t know what I’m missing here? Here is a sample page I create to show you it’s not working after published: Test Page

During this, the server is throwing a 500 Server Error. Maybe you’ll find more info in the server log itself.

I tried it with password 123 and it worked OK with a green success message.

Thanks for your help! it seems was a PHP version problem!

It’s working now. Php version was updated and now it’s working!
