Hi all. Anybody put a Facebook messenger button on their website recently? If so how did it go? I’m pretty sure the only way in RW is to set up a widget within the FB account and add code - I saw someone a few years back had problems with this but cant see any more recent threads on the subject.
I have no idea if it still works, but Yuzool Themes has a stack that allows you to put a Messenger button on your page:
If this doesn’t work anymore, using the snippet is the only way I think. Keep in mind that the snippet violates the GDPR if you don’t put it behind an opt-in as it contacts Meta’s servers on page load and runs externally hosted code.
