Haven’t tried the Wordpress functionality but as far as I know it allows you to build Wordpress themes. It’s part of the Blocs Plus addon, dont know if it has a try before you buy available for Plus but there is for Blocs 4.
Have a look at the Blocs forum, seems quite friendly and helpful.
Also have a look for free tutorials by Eldar Gezalov, Blocs Master, which could give you a good overview.
