Quick Editor stack not updating

I keep getting notified of an update for 1LD’s Quick Editor v1.1.3 , I have v1.1.2
I go through with the update but when I reload RW the version is still v1.1.2 and when I run the update again it still shows update to v1.1.3
Does anyone know how I can get the update to work properly?

Check the Stack, especially its contents, I had the same problem, then I solved it.

Stack Updates -RW Version 8.9.4 (20901)-

The original stacks are compressed in zip format, example: Limelight.stack.zip I have always used Keka to decompress and compress files, because the automatic option of removing hidden files is convenient for me when sending compressed data to someone who uses Windows. Thanks to @Konfuzzious 's suggestion I checked all the Stacks I have in the library by also seeing “show contents”. I uninstalled the stack and then downloaded the stack again. It seems that the Quick Editor stack is no longer available and just Quick Editor Global and Quick Editor Wrapper are the only two stacks needed and both these are both V1.8
