Yes, it does have mobile navigation. See screenshot below.
I started using that template, and it’s very good. But there’s also another way to create something that fit my “style” better: using the off-campus stack for a navigation button. My guess is the documentation starter will suit you better, but taking advantage of the off-canvas stack was a really nice Plan B for me.
