I don’t feel convinced about the idea of “levering” the system. But anyway, I have far deeper issues regarding “program” vs “programme”, specifically when to leverage one over the other.

I could argue that it caused the financial crash in 2008. Being over leveraged caused the loss of millions of homes worldwide- what more evidence do you need 😜
